Trondheimsveien 152 is located in the Sinsen area, in the intersection with Rosenhoffgata, and is part of the characteristic wooden building structure in that area. The current building is worn down mainly due to lack of maintenance, and because of the traffic level in Trondheimsveien. Predio has designed an infill project made with bricks, which will increase the quality and functionality of the building dramatically. The building will be used as a restaurant, with a patio and outdoor serving in the backyard.
